Erebus kills Argel Tal in part out of jealousy for his favor with Lorgar and in part out of fear for his emotional weakness. Lorgar tells Kharn and then Kharn waits for Erebus to fight in the dueling pits. Erebus beats the World Eater dueling champion and Kharn challenges him to a fight to the death. He guns the teeth of Gorechild for the first time. He lays 3 hits onto Erebus so fast no one can see how he did it. No one in his legion has ever seen him move so fast even in the heat of battle. He's utterly calm and even sighs in boredom as he tells Erebus "Get up." 3 more hits "Get Up" 3 more hits and this time Erebus is missing both his hand and his weapon. He tries to get up only to find Gorechild's teeth on his back. Erebus uses his sorcery to telebort away just as Kharn guns the engine."

One's got a biblical event named after it, the other are shitty Aliens ripoffs.

I'm inching to get into 40k proper. I've even made a few armies. I figure I'll play off in Tabletop Simulator mostly, but I am also aiming to print these for use too, if I can.
I just built a basic 500 point thing, to keep it simple at first. That's my "serious" group, anyhow.
Still,I feel fairly confident in this one. Good spread of capabilities.

I've got quite a lot of goons to print for it, though.
21 infantry dudes and their kits, 3 Sentinels, and two Chimeras.
And considering the average game's three times that near as I can tell, well...
