It's pretty solid! It's a Ben Stiller comedy movie from the early 2000s. and the old woman is the best part.

It's generally quite a bit better. It still goes off on broken record tangents at times, but I figured out how to solve that issue. Best of all, it's quite a bit more unpredictable in what it presents.

So once upon a time, 20-25 years ago now. Me and the boys were sent to find a missing cow. We found it, it was very dead and very bloated and one of the boys, in a moment of pants-on-head stupidity decided it would be a good idea to shoot it. I'm messing around with a 'new' computer I ended up with a little while ago. I'm not sure what I want to do with it yet.

On the left is my desktop. In the middle is the web server. And on the right is the new machine.

It's not as good as my desktop. But for an older machine, it's pretty solid. It's also a full tower with tons of space, unlike any of my other computers.

A couple of options:

I could replace the web server with this new machine. It's almost twice as fast, has 3X the L1 cache, has an L3 cache, has way more RAM and way faster RAM (not shown on image). It also has 6 hard drive slots, which would greatly simplify backups (among other things). In contrast, the web server has 1 hard drive slot, and has a secondary drive sitting loose in the CD drive tray.

or, I could use this new computer as a supplemental network machine. use its many drive slots as a NAS for backups to replace the current system, and use its added power/memory for other custom applications in the future.

We raided more as an alliance, in a single day, than we've probably ever raided as a group. I liked Breath of Fire quite a bit, but Suikoden was better. But yeah, BoF 1 and 2 were quite similar. I played BoF 3 on the Playstation too, but that was already weaker.

I have 3 bookcases jutting out from the wall, and on the back side there's another bookcase, a cabinet, and a chest of drawers. They form a false wall, separating the living room into "the living room" and my office. They claim it's a fire hazard, based on literally nothing. not since. probably not again for a bit. One of our guys, a native spanish speaker, wanted to go pvp for fun against my old alliance where my dad and I used to be. And it was during their territory defense. In response, after their defense, they came into our territory as a show of strength. and then I joined the fight and pretty well mopped the floor with them, aside from their one big player. I blew up close to 40 ships, and lost about 6-8 ships myself. fun stuff.
